This can be done online or in the gym during staffed hours. 

Staffed hours:

Monday to Thursday: 12pm - 3pm & 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Friday:                         8am - 11am

Saturday:                    10am - 1pm

CLASS TIMETABLE

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, so come in and join the 30minutes of fun, with a recovery stretch session after class. 

Integrating MYZONE group fitness displays, so you can track your workout like never before!

Monday:           6:30pm Boxing

Tuesday:          6.30pm Strength & Conditioning & 7.15pm Bootcamp

Wednesday:    6.15am HIIT, 9.15am Strength & Conditioning, 10am Core & Stretch, 6.30pm Strength & Conditioning

Thursday:        9.15am HIIT 10:00am Boot Campt

Friday:             9.15am Boxing

Saturday:        9.15am Mixed Bag
