There is no catch! 24fit have done away with costly extras that weight other gyms down to focus purely on fitness and achieving your goals.
Is 24fit really open 24 hours, 7 days a week?
Yes! Our members can train at 24fit whenever and how often they choose, 365 days a year.
Will I be safe at 24fit?
Yes! All 24fit gyms are monitored 24/7 with direct links to security and emergency services. There are duress and emergency buttons located within the gyms that are designed for a prompt response in the case of any event.
How do I join?
Click on the "Join Now" button on our website and complete the online form with your details. A staff member will be in contact with you promptly (during staffed hours) with an explanation of the next step.
How do I do my Orientation?
Once you have joined it only takes a few minutes to take you through our 24fit Orientation. At the orientation you will get a tour of the facilities, an explanation of the security and safety processes, and be given your 24 hour access tag.
Is there any age restriction on joining?
To become a member you must be at least 14 years old. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 years then you must have a parent or guardian agree to personally guarantee your performance and obligations, and they must attend your Orientation with you. If you are under 16 you may only attend the gym with a parent or guardian who is a member.
As a Flexi or Results member, how am I charged my membership fee & what is "pro-rata"?
Each fortnight we will take 2 weeks membership fees via a charge on your nominated credit or debit card as per our agreement with you. You will be charged pro-rata on your first billing day. Pro-rata is a proportion of your weekly membership which will bring your membership payments in line with our billing days. For example, if you complete your orientation on the Monday before the Thursday billing day you would be charged 3 days-worth of pro-rata, ie. you are paying for the use of the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. From then on, every second Thursday, you will be charged for 2 weeks membership until you resign or suspend your membership (in accordance with our cancellation guidelines).
How secure are my credit or debit card details?
We do not keep your credit or debit card details, the National Australia Bank keeps them secure for us. The only information we have is the expiry date so that we can notify you when your payment method is due to expire and help you to avoid any penalties that may be imposed by your financial institution for a rejected payment.
Are there facilities for me to have a shower after my workout?
There are private bathroom facilities at the gym which are cleaned daily.
Does 24fit have personal trainers?
Yes! All of our Personal Trainers are Certificate 4 qualified - this means highly skilled! If you train with a friend you can share the Personal Trainer and split the cost.
What are staffed hours?
Even though you can access 24fit 24hours a day, we do not have staff there all the time. Staffed hours are the times when the Team Members are there to help you with any questions, give you a tour, do the Orientation and it is the time can come in for a FREE trial. Can I freeze my membership?
Sure thing. We understand that for various reason you may want to freeze your membership. Just email [email protected] or call or visit your Gym Manager in staffed hours. This costs $4 per fortnight. For full details see our Terms and Conditions.
What does "no lock-in contracts" mean?
For Flexi Members, this means you can leave when you want. We just need one month's notice in writing! We don't try to stitch you up with tricky contracts you can't get out of. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your full name requesting to cancel your membership. You will get a confirmation email in return confirming when your payments will stop. Easy! Please note that Annual or Prepaid memberships are non-refundable.
Do I need anything to join?
Just a credit or debit card!
Can I share my keytag with a friend?
No, your keytag belongs to you and is unique to your membership. 24fit takes member security very seriously and any unauthorised access will result in a $150 fine and termination of membership.

You sure can! Just click on your gym's location page for our staffed hours and come and have a look. We would love to meet you!
